I'm totally into having some sort of interactive station with your guests. (As you can tell, the last three entries have been different types of stations, lol) It is such a cute idea for a dessert, or even favor. While everyone may not be out on the dance floor, it will also give your guests something that they will remember about your special event!

Hot Coco isn't just for Christmas! As some couples offer Coffee after dinner, why not offer a sweet treat like Coco too! While I was searching for the last two blog entries, (http://trebellaaz.blogspot.com/2013/07/smore-love-smore-making-bars.html and http://trebellaaz.blogspot.com/2013/07/mix-it-up-trail-mix-station.html) I came across Hot Coco bars too. Different flavors, and additions to add to this sweet drink! It's a nice dessert, and fun addition for your guests!

I don't know why I haven't thought of this before! Tail Mix Station! I'm always mixing my favorites to make a healthy snack. Trying different ingredients, new combinations, its super easy! So instead of candy (for all you health conscious individuals) put out all your favorite super food ingredients! Let your guests get creative :)

Who doesn't love sitting by a campfire roasting Marshmallows and making S'Mores?! While on my summer trip back home, all I wanted to do was make S'Mores. We didn't until the last night I was there, but we thought of so many different concepts to making this yummy treat! So now, I'm back in the office. And what a great idea to add to your reception! I've seen people do fondue stations, Ice cream stations, Dessert Buffets, Candy Tables, but never a S'More station! Remember: Consult with the venue for how you will be roasting the marshmallows. It may be listed in your contract that you can not have an open flame such as you would need to do this task. I found some examples to share with you. An indoor venue used Sterno's, in a safe area with Attendant, to roast away! Different chocolates, fruit, and toppings are a great addition!!

Shopping for men is NEVER easy! I mean, it was even a bit tough for me to find some ideas to share with you! But the ideas I did find, are pretty sweet. I know all my guy friends would be thrilled to receive any of these! So don't leave your Groomsmen out! And give them a 'Thanks' for keepin' your man from running away from the alter ;)

If you are planning on having a hosted bar, and you are responsible for the liquor, I came across this Alcohol Calculator that may be useful to you. I mean, who would want to run out halfway through the reception!

As you thank your guests for being apart of your special day, remember to pass out favors that will make them remember YOUR special day! I see a ton of the generic favors (there is nothing wrong with them) candy tins, candy bags, personalized M&M's, bells, and the list goes on. I love when I see couples go outside of the box. They have something actually useful as their favors. Something that they put thought into and when they see it again in their own home, they remember your special day. One thing I ALWAYS tell people, THINK OF THE DETAILS! And the details shouldn't be too hard to think of, because they should reflect you and your soon to be!

Boutonnieres have always been a small arrangement of florals that, for the most part, match the bouquets. With the times changing from the traditional Bouquets, so are the Boutonnieres. They can match your theme, or even play off a quality of the Groom (since it is him and his men that will be wearing them)!
Have fun, and include the Men on designing this one!

A lot of brides have chosen the untraditional route of different colors, and even different styles of dresses for their Bridesmaids; or even just a different dress for the Maid of Honor. While it is, you day, the ladies by your side need to look fantastic as well! Remember they shouldn't clash!!

Now, you don't have to go all out and do that-- but there are tons of cute ideas where you can combine the two! Have fun with it and remember, it is a detail! No matter if they are just cards with names written on them, or engraved flasks-- they ARE details! And WILL be photographed! Remember to continue on with your wedding them however you do it!
